Production/Compounder

Manpower is seeking a **2nd Shift Compounder** to join our Production Department. This hands-on role involves blending and mixing fragrance materials in production tanks using precision equipment and weighing systems. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing or chemical handling and a strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: 23/hr
Weekly pay
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Retrieve and review batch recipe cards, prioritizing based on ship date
+ Manually add raw materials from dispensing racks or pull cans
+ Operate dosing clusters and mixing station equipment for automatic fills
+ Add pre-mixes from automation area by weight
+ Thoroughly mix batches and ensure proper mixing sequence
+ Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in working condition
+ Adhere strictly to safety and chemical handling protocols
**Secondary Responsibilities**
+ Assist in other production areas as needed
+ Participate in training of new Compounders
+ Support year-end physical inventory activities
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Forklift experience required
+ Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
+ Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
+ Comfortable working with chemical materials in a production setting
+ Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
**Preferred Competencies**
+ Experience in fragrance or chemical manufacturing environments
+ Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures in a production setting
