**Finance – Finance Strategy and Transformation – Manager**
**The opportunity**
The position summary for the Manager role in Finance Strategy and Transformation involves creating a Finance vision and strategy that enables CFOs to drive long-term value for their business. The role includes designing a future operating model, with the help of EY subject matter experts, that meets all reporting, regulatory, and control requirements and is underpinned by viable technologies. The manager develops a case for change that incorporates financial and non-financial costs and benefits. They represent the latest finance thought leadership and innovation across all themes on the CFO agenda and create a transformation roadmap and schedule.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a Manager in Finance Strategy and Transformation, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management. You will be responsible for continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight, and experience of best practices. You may manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results. You will apply your depth of expertise to guide others and interpret internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions. You will meet performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming, etc.).
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending changes to policies and procedures that affect the immediate work area and possibly the business function within your area/department.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
+ Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in a professional consulting environment.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
