As the Senior Director leading Commercial AI Strategic Prioritization, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a long-term AI strategy that directly supports commercial objectives and accelerates speed-to-market for high-impact initiatives.

Building a well- defined, long-term AI strategy that aligns with the business objectives and yields measurable improvement in speed to market for high impact AI initiativesEnsuring tight integration between commercial goals and AI product development to maximize business impact.Driving strategic resource allocation across the AI portfolio to focus on initiatives with the highest enterprise value.Ensures AI initiatives are scalable, sustainable and capable of delivering long-term impactDevelops frameworks that lead a culture of data driven decision makingEnsures strong engagement and buy in from internal and external stakeholders on AI initiativesROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and present executive level reports and decision making materialsInterface with BU & CMO leadership to drive strategic alignment and investment optimizationCoordinate with Marketing and Digital leaders to surface high-value AI opportunities and ensure strategic alignment with functional prioritiesCross Function Leadership collaborate with commercial, engineering, data science, product teams to ensure understanding of commercial priorities & AI capabilitiesLead business case development for Tier 1 initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessmentDefine key metrics for measuring business outcomes and tracking delivery of value across Marketing AI initiativesEstablish success metrics and measurement frameworks for each Tier 1 initiative to enable post-deployment value trackingDesign prioritization framework that evaluates marketing alternatives across business impact, technical feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic alignmentDrive data-driven strategy refinement based on performance analytics and stakeholder feedbackInform change management and communication strategies to Develop a strong relationship with marketers, ensuring buy-in throughout the portfolio prioritization and management journeyPartner closely with Commercial AI Council to align strategic direction with operational delivery capabilities and Marketing AI pod executionCollaborate with Marketing AI Pod Leaders to ensure governance frameworks support efficient delivery while maintaining quality and complianceCoordinate with Digital/IT and Data/ML Platform teams on strategic architecture decisions and enterprise capability developmentCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impactBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field12+ plus years in commercial, strategy, operations, product management or related rolesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with AI technologies, commercial models and go to market strategyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in AI focus organizations or commercial strategyMBA or equivalentAdditional Job Details:
