**Description**
Through ongoing consultation with business clients, the AD IT Lead Business Consultant identifies and analyzes business needs, influences, and negotiates scope and requirements, and champions innovative process changes and/or technology-enabled solutions to support the Gross to Net process. The AD Lead Business Consultant leads and manages IT projects, ranging from smaller C-level projects to the larger, more complex B and A-level projects, through to small programs. Project and Program Management, which is from beginning to end, includes defining project scope and deliverables that support Business goals and strategies. The AD Lead Business Consultant is responsible for engaging finance clients in analyzing, prioritizing and governing demand for IT services; accountable for all such IT services; and responsible for ensuring that projects realize their intended Business benefits. Successful projects are expected to contribute to the overall performance of the Business.

**Compensation Data**
This position offers a base salary typically between $140,000 to $222,000. This position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Build, maintain and enhance strategic and sustainable relationships with Gross to Net and finance Teams and across the different therapeutic areas.
+ Develop architecture roadmap and oversee implementation of all required components
+ Showcase the value of advanced analytics by delivering best-in-class tools to the Gross to Net capability within this cluster. Develop plan for expansion and optimization for other OPUs
+ Proven planning and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities; ability to prioritize in a shifting environment with a sense of urgency.
+ Provide dedicated support to local launch and brand teams as well as other key local workstreams by identifying critical areas for performance measurement.
+ Knowledge of the legal and regulatory compliance environment impacting the pharma/bio industry especially complying with HIPAA regulations.
+ Create work plans and lead sub-teams to deliver work on-time, on-budget with minimal business interruption
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors´ and/or /Masters´ degree (or equivalent); progressive IT and business experience of five (5) to ten (10) years is preferred.
+ Experience line-managing a small team of IT or business-related professionals (1-3) is preferred
+ Three (3) years minimum (five to seven (5-7) years preferred) of experience providing project/program management leadership of IT professionals (4-9) is preferred.
+ Experience with end-to-end financial planning process, which includes Gross to Net as well as forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience in implementing a forecasting or Gross to Net solution, including architecture design and business process
+ Experience with demonstrated track record in managing complex cross-functional IT environments, successful project delivery, established business relationships
+ Experience working in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is required. Strong experience with capabilities and direction of technology – big data management, cloud computing, AI frameworks & BI platforms, data governance, Forecasting and demand planning, AWS and Azure.
+ Strong leadership skills to effectively drive to result and performance. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills in English
**Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities**
+ Multiple years of experience in an IT technical role with a broad IT mind-set and knowledge across application area and business domain (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs)
+ Solid understanding of agile frameworks and how this is applied in a global setup.
+ Comprehensive and demonstrated architectural understanding (incl. application, information and technology architecture and their link to business architecture) and the capability to develop a vision in this field is a must.
+ Previous experience managing business priorities and projects across multiple business areas.
+ Demonstrated project management capability based on the successful completion of large projects in multiple business areas.
+ Strong communication skills, and strong relationship development and management capabilities.
+ Strong foundation in and a thorough understanding of: 1) methodologies for system design, development, and implementation; 2) all phases of the Project Implementation life cycle; 3) validation and regulatory requirements. Preferred experience includes the use of prototyping tools.
+ Must be informed on current and new technologies & their applicability to the Finance and Gross to Net business.
+ Must be a strong strategic thinker and understands what delivers true value to the business.
+ Must have an excellent understanding of both business and IT, must be highly creative, curious and a strong networker
