Join a leading organization in the manufacturing industry as a Facilities Engineer IV, where your expertise in facilities engineering will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and ensuring safety.

Role Overview

Support day-to-day routine PRD maintenance and coordinate servicing to meet required service intervals. Troubleshoot and identify issues related to PRD design parameters and resizing. Minimize downtime by providing Alternative Relief Plans (ARPs) and conducting relief analysis. Coordinate between Operations and PRD coordinators for service repairs or swaps. Support mitigation projects by identifying solutions within the timeframe allowed by MFG-600. Analyze existing relief limits to identify bottlenecks and conduct feasibility studies for rate increases.

Skills & Qualifications

Relief Engineering background with expertise in PRD sizing and hydraulic calculations and simulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team player with attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Leadership and mentoring capabilities for constructive feedback. Proficiency in making engineering sketches, drawings, and computations. Familiarity with MOC processes. Experience with software applications: iPRSM, Pro/II, Promax, Hysys, ADIM, Digital Twin, OERI, KMS.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required. 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Local candidates are preferred.
