Position Highlights

Join a team of 3 Urologists and 1 APC UrologistAccess to two XI DaVinci RobotsSurgical cases performed at Everett, Edmonds and Arlington ASCs; inpatient care at ProvidenceFlexible scheduling options, including a 4-day workweekShared community call with Providence (1:6, moving to 1:8 when fully staffed)20-28 patient visits per day on average14 procedure patients per dayAppointment templates: 30 min for new visits / 15 min for follow-upsEpic EMR with DAX AI1:1 MA support; RNs float between providers and manage chemo/injectionsGeneral Urology practice serving all sexes

 

Cases Seen

General Urology for both men and womenProcedures include nephrectomy, urinary diversions, and endourologySub-specialization not available-must be open to a broad range of cases

 

Primary Responsibilities

Diagnose, treat, and manage patients using evidence-based practices and current standards of careProvide clear education and counseling to patients and familiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRCommunicate effectively and respectfully with physicians, staff, and multidisciplinary team membersCoordinate care across specialties and servicesUphold ethical principles regarding confidentiality, informed consent, and adverse outcomesDemonstrate accountability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environmentParticipate in departmental meetings, committees, and educational opportunities as needed

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) programCurrent national certification as NP (ANCC or AANP) or PA (NCCPA)Unrestricted Washington State license as NP or PA, or ability to obtain prior to employmentCurrent BLS certification
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an ASC environment

Prior experience in urology or related surgical specialty


 

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,000 - $166,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
