Education - Speech Language Pathologist $$$ Urgently Hiring - Pasadena SLP/SLPA Pay Range: $45.00- $55.00 2-18-2026 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing specialized speech therapy services to patients across various age groups, with a focus on pediatrics and early intervention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent assessment skills. Duties + Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients, including children in early intervention programs. + Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. + Deliver speech therapy interventions aimed at improving communication, swallowing, and related functions. + Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic patient care. + Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders, therapy techniques, and home practice strategies. + Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. + Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development. Qualifications + Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. + Prior experience working in school settings or pediatrics is highly desirable. + Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, patient assessment methods, and medical terminology. + Familiarity with anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing functions. + Experience with early intervention programs is preferred. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with children and their families. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. + Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and continuous professional growth.
