We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support operations at our client’s distribution center. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. The analyst will be responsible for verifying inbound deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and support continuous improvement in inventory and fulfillment processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReview and validate incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.\nIdentify and document discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods.\nCollaborate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to resolve delivery issues.\nMaintain accurate records of delivery audits and generate reports for internal stakeholders.\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.\nAssist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and inventory accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.\n0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nInternship or co-op experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.\nFamiliarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
