In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior plans that promote growth and independence. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Email Current resume to - chnaso @ amergis. com Duties + Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans. + Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). + Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. + Provide direct patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and adherence to treatment protocols. + Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent intervention strategies. + Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. + Educate caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques, data collection methods, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities. Qualifications + Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. + Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. + Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles. + Experience conducting patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations within a behavioral health setting. + Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, medical terminology, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. + Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate families. + Ability to manage multiple cases while providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
