Job Duties: As an Instructional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in creating a nurturing, educational, and inclusive environment for students. You will assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities: + Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lesson plans. + Supervise and engage with children during playtime, both indoors and outdoors. + Support the lead teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. + Provide individualized attention to children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. + Assist with daily routines, including snack time, nap time, and bathroom breaks. + Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. + Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: + High school diploma (required). + Previous experience working with young children is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
