We are in need of aMD/DO to provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management services at afacility in Green Valley, Arizona seeing patients 18+. Please see detailsbelow:

 

Details:

Setting: provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management at a clinic in Green Valley, AZ Schedule: M-F; (8am-5pm) Start: ASAP

Required:

Active AZ state license Certifications: BLS, BC/BE, and DEA Open to candidates with 1-2 years minimum experience preferred

Compensation:

Receive weekly paycheck 100% malpractice insurance covered
