Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with medical protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate communication logs.Perform vitals, including height and weight measurements.Complete medical appointment consultations and manage medication supply.Follow up on consults, referrals, and orders.Perform medication storage checks.Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Review labs and diagnostic results.Log incidents into the incident tracker.Schedule and manage medical appointments.Verify completion and compliance of all health-related forms.Review and update Medication Administration Records (MARs) monthly, removing old orders.Prepare for and participate in clinical meetings.Review and summarize nursing notes.Check and update diet orders.Essential SkillsRN licenseExperience in triageProficiency in electronic health recordsNYS RN License3 years of RN experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in patient care and healthcare settingsSkills in patient educationWork Environment

Work hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The dress code is medical scrubs. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
