Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Regional Medical Director for the Division of Urgent and Express Care to provide clinical and operational leadership in the east or west region in Northeast Ohio. Position Highlights
+ Salaried leadership position
+ Oversight of Urgent and Express Care locations in either the east or west region
+ Direct reporting structure to the Enterprise Chair of the Division of Urgent and Express Cares
+ Collaborate closely with APP managers, nursing leadership, ambulatory operations, and executive leadership
+ Opportunity to recruit, mentor, and develop physicians and APPs
+ Emphasis on quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership, planning, organization, staffing, and coordination for Urgent Care services within the region
+ Foster an environment of high-quality care, excellent patient experience, and continuous improvement
+ Supervise Urgent Care physicians and APPs in their clinical duties
+ Participate in physician recruitment and hiring
+ Ensure ethical medical practice and adherence to Cleveland Clinic standards
+ Partner with ambulatory operations and nursing leadership on workflow, staffing, and scheduling
+ Oversee equitable physician schedules across sites, including backup/jeopardy coverage
+ Provide input into operations, staffing models, supplies, and budget planning
+ Participate in monthly and quarterly leadership meetings as directed by Division leadership
Qualifications
+ Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (required)
+ 3–5 years of clinical experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
+ Prior leadership experience preferred
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.

Minimum salary: $287,750
Maximum salary: $332,750
