Urban Outfitters Apparel Design is looking for a Summer 2026 Intern to support the Men's team in the overall design and development of new apparel.

various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of
business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in
Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:
   
1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component required for the design internship position you are applying for, you will be notified directly by 11/8. If requested to complete a project, it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. 
 
2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a
video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email
is received.  
 
3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.   
 
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concept presentationsSupport the design team with sketching, CADs, and technical packagesHelp source fabrics, trims, and inspiration materials for upcoming collectionsOrganize and maintain sample libraries, swatch books, and design archivesParticipate in fittings, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings with buying and production teamsConduct trend and market research to support design direction and innovationAssist in preparing line sheets, spec sheets, and internal presentation materials Role Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldStrong interest in women’s fashion, youth culture, and the Urban Outfitters aestheticProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with CLO 3D or similar software is a plusExcellent sketching and visual communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailCollaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a creative, fast-paced environment
