UR Internship / Full Time – Customer Experience

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will support operational and commercial activities that directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute to strategic initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Assist in order management, customer support, and service coordination + Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs + Support reporting, documentation, and performance tracking + Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency and customer engagement **Location:**  This position is available in San Luis Potosí, SLP. **Start Date:**  January 2026 + Studying Last semesters or recent graduated in bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related + Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire + Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire + Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) + Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday + Must have advanced English proficiency **WE VALUE:** + Strong communication and organizational skills + Analytical mindset and attention to detail + Initiative and ability to work independently + Experience with customer service, business operations, or administrative tasks + Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or CRM platforms + Passion for improving customer experience and business processes + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
