Upstream Chemicals - Portfolio Manager, Production Optimization

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the Production Optimized portfolio in Upstream Chemicals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, functions, and geographies to develop and implement a strategic vision to improve the financial health of the portfolio.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing the overall portfolio strategy and working with cross-functional teams (including technology, sales & commercial, supply chain, and service delivery) to execute the set strategy driving profitable market share growth in the Production Optimization portfolio. Technology road map development and successful launches of new products, including achieving set New Product Revenue (NPR/NPI) targetsProduct life-cycle management, including portfolio rationalizationBuilding brand recognition in alignment with marketing efforts for differentiated productsGenerating market intel, voice of customer information, and competitor analysisEngaging with sales and commercial team to set floor pricing for products in the portfolioDriving non-supply chain related product cost out activities such as product swapsRegional portfolio alignment to ensure optimized sales of the correct products in each market

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 15+ years of upstream chemicals experienceHave significant experience within Oilfield ChemicalsHave previous experience with operations, sales, and/or technology development within the upstream chemicals spacePossess a strong understanding of business financialsHave experience developing and implementing strong process improvement initiativesHave demonstrated project management skillsHave good oral and written communication skillsHave interpersonal and leadership skillsHave demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsBe able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) for business
