Assembly Supervisor 

The Assembly Supervisor manages the team on the production line, ensuring efficient assembly of goods while meeting quality, safety, and production targets by training staff, scheduling work, troubleshooting issues, managing materials, and coordinating with other departments (Engineering, QC, Materials) to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Key duties include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, inspecting work, maintaining discipline, and implementing continuous improvement using lean principles, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

 

What Do You Need?

High School Diploma or equivalent, Required Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required Previous experience in supervision, Preferred Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
