Job Description:

Request: Fluent English Flexible to support during weekends or on-call support. Self-Driven and Motivated. Experience around 4-6 years minimum.Technical Expertise: ->1. Operating Systems: Proficiency in all or any Linux/Unix/Windows environments.
2. Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
3. Database: Ability to write and debug SQL queries, understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, Sybase or PostgreSQL.
4. Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.
5. Ticketing Systems: Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.
6. Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc.Willing to work under pressure: ->Experience of working in a global team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organization and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.Self-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Experience in financial services is plus.Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.Note: This position requires to go to the office, minimum 2 or 3 times
Office is in Mexico City and people around there can be consider like Estado de Mexico or Toluca
