Description and Requirements What You Will Do:Full university recruiter life cycle workflow management (sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer extension, etc.) throughout the university recruiting season Providing mentorship, guidance, career development opportunities collaborating with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Learning and Development, etc. to early talent candidatesManaging digital sourcing and job posting platforms to identify new trends and avenues to source candidatesCoordinating on-site interview days for recruiting programs in partnership with key-stakeholders and hiring managersManaging candidate referrals and creating new ways to engage with candidates on the Lenovo Talent Community via our ATSPartnering with our university partners and other Lenovo Funded programs to build and attract a community of a variety of candidatesProject management for university recruiting event planning, logistics, budgeting, and execution as determined by the teamTalent brand management with social media postings and partnering with the Lenovo Employer Brand Team to passively source talent
What You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training2-4 years of experience within university campus recruitment, early career programs, onboarding and/or talent strategiesExperience leading in-person and virtual programming initiativesExperience managing relationships with community partners - including but not limited to university faculty, ERGs, STEM based student organizations/clubs, etc. Proven cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally in a global setting working across many business unitsAbility to travel up to 20% during the peak recruitment seasonProven ability to ideate, design, and bring programming and other engagement initiatives through to executionExperience working with multiple digital sourcing and job posting platforms (Handshake, Simplicity, etc.)Avature and/or Workday Experience is a plusWhen you join our team, we will provide the opportunity to make an impact and grow your career in a global technology company.
