We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Intern. This role is designed to support digital transformation projects in manufacturing shops, with a clear focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Internship will gain practical skills in apps development, production workflows, and lean manufacturing principles.
As a Manufacturing Intern (Digital Transformation), you will be responsible for:
Contributes to the development, testing, and maintenance of digital transformation in manufacturing shopfloor.Integrate AI/LLM APIs and services into product features where applicable.Collaborate with systems engineering team to align technical solutions with business goals.Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed.Optimize front-end code for speed and responsiveness across devices and browsers.Participate in design and code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.Manage database operations, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineerHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalentBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skillsBe able to legally work in Batam, Riau islandsBe able to commit to a 6-month internshipTechnical Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Oracle ERP Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) Modules (PP, MM) and technical components like BIP (BI Publisher), FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and ADFdi.Integration Middleware: Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to create integrations, manage data transformation, and connect to REST/SOAP endpoints.ASP.NET / .NET Core Development: Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API (RESTful services), and Entity Framework for building robust middle-tier applications.Database Programming: Proficiency in Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL for developing stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries.Data Formats & Security: Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and implementing secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API Keys) between systemsBuild web apps and services that run on Windows, Linux, and macOS using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
