Universal Customer Advisor
Job Title: Universal Customer Advisor Job Description As a Universal Customer Advisor, you will be at the forefront of managing day-to-day interactions with customers across diverse communication platforms. Your role is pivotal in supporting team leaders to ensure the brand excels in building strong relationships with customers, team members, dealership personnel, and various departments. The goal is to cultivate a team of highly skilled advisors capable of universally assisting customers with any issues related to Customer Assistance, Marketing Support, EV or Connection Center inquiries, and feedback. Responsibilities + Foster a team culture that places the luxury customer at the center of all activities while delivering operational excellence and maintaining an engaging workplace. + Handle cases timely, seeking appropriate and unique solutions for luxury customers, treating them with empathy, and taking initiative to resolve complex problems. + Provide technical troubleshooting for inbound calls regarding vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, Infotainment, and MyBrand Mobile App. + Assist team members in researching and resolving escalated situations, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions. + Attend weekly Quality Audits with team leaders to identify opportunities for improved performance, process compliance, and customer experience. + Interface with various levels of Call Center and leadership, executing directives as required. + Exceed expectations in team KPIs, including service level, customer satisfaction, and completed on-time activity metrics. + Perform administrative duties such as documenting contacts, following up with customers, dealers, field staff, and others as needed. + Drive continuous improvement, striving to elevate the team to a true Tier 1 Luxury customer experience that exceeds industry standards. Essential Skills + Customer service, technical support, and call center experience. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with Android and Apple devices. + Ability to handle multiple projects and activities within tight timelines while managing customer interactions with empathy. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ years of experience in automotive customer service-related roles (preferred). + 2+ years of experience in customer service with luxury experience strongly preferred. + Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred). + Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Consistent work history with good tenure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
