Job Title: Universal Customer Experience Advisor – Luxury Automotive
Location: Metro Detroit / Detroit / Warren
Shifts: Schedule: Need to open to work any shift Monday through Friday 8am
- Midnight, and Saturdays 9am -6pm (all possibilities, but won't work 6 days
per week).
Shift Bids Occur every 3 months. Must be able to work
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-12:00am EST and Saturday and Sundays
12p-9p EST (group has multiple shifts - shift swaps occur multiple times a year
so candidates need to be able to work during any/all open hours). The shift is
strict adherence, and has a point based attendance system.
Pay Rate: $20/hour + $2/hour shift premium after 11AM +

What You’ll Do:
+ Champion a customer-first culture that reflects the values of a premium brand.
+ Handle customer cases with care, creativity, and urgency—delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
+ Provide technical support for vehicle connectivity, infotainment systems, mobile apps, and in-car Wi-Fi.
+ Collaborate with team leaders and tenured advisors to resolve escalated issues and share insights.
+ Participate in weekly quality audits to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, dealership personnel, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.
+ Drive continuous improvement and help elevate the luxury customer experience to new industry standards.
What You Bring:
+ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury or high-touch environment.
+ Technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills, especially with Android and Apple devices.
+ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with excellent reading comprehension.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
