JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Working with owners/developers, contractor or general contractor to promote Unitary products in Project salesMeeting with Owner/GC with critical information: Key decision maker, Bidding criteria, Project schedule in details, competitor’s information, …Supporting consultants and contractors on commercial products or VRF applications by preparing schematic diagrams, piping & wiring layouts. Generate quotations to meet customer requirements, increase commercial or VRF salesReporting to Unitary Sales Manager and carrying out any other assignments from time to timeAchieving personal sales targetundefinedBackground Engineering (HVAC, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical) (preferred)Good communication in English.At least 05 years experiences with VRF sales.Experience working with Developers, Consultants and General contractors, HVAC contractors.Proven ability to develop and acquire new customers.Strong knowledge of economic trends and current market conditions.Working location: HCM
