JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Preparing documents and training customers for Unitary products installation standard.Randomly monitoring jobsite installation quality to keep installation standard.Support installer doing testing & commissioning and operation manual.Tracking and support for warranty job to keep customer satisfaction.Contact factory to diagnose causes of problems for special cases.Programing and applying for factory control mounted system.Comply with company EH&S policies, procedures, rules, requirements and applicable local regulations.Support TK sales team:Train Box Builders and truck dealers on Thermo King product installation, operation, maintenance, and Type Approval certification.Enforce Thermo King installation standards via job site audits, guide commissioning, and coordinate factory-level troubleshooting.Manage active Thermo King warranty claims and advise dealer networks on optimizing spare parts inventory.
