Main Responsabilities

Responsible for achieving the objectives of the assigned area in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Oversees semi-skilled and highly skilled employees in production, maintenance, and/or parts distribution warehouse, ensuring compliance with established standards. Acts as the primary link between operational staff and management, representing the company’s interests on the production floor.

Detect and report non-compliance with policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
