Rich Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a Unit Manager. Sub Acute & Long Term Care facility. This Full Time position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team. Mentoring of Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants, interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position Assist with annual competencies and staff in-services Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

Current license in North Carolina Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule Compassionate individuals
