DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable. + Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins andcontainers + Traffic management. + Perform yard work including cutting weeds. + Perform general office maintenance and repairs includingpaintingand janitorial work. + Working outside in all weather conditions. + Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. + Operates skid steer and forklift. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: + Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxicchemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises + Extensive physical activity.
