Job Description
This position involves working closely with on-site Project Managers to ensure union hours are accurately recorded and timesheets are submitted promptly. The role requires organizing, summarizing, and reviewing timesheets daily, entering timesheets, and ensuring accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating union and class information based on job number and jurisdiction, communicating payroll-related inquiries to the payroll department, and coordinating efforts between payroll and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize, summarize, and review timesheets daily.Enter timesheets daily and verify entered hours balance to timesheets.Review and update union and class information based on job number and jurisdiction.Communicate employee payroll-related inquiries to the payroll department.Coordinate efforts between payroll and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.Administer the electronic timekeeping system, including setting up employees, monitoring submissions of approved timesheets, and ensuring valid data transfers to/from payroll service.Establish and maintain employee records, ensuring timely entry of changes with proper authorization and adherence to company policy, including compliance with federal/state/local regulations.Provide management with weekly payroll reports.
Additional Skills & QualificationsVista View Point experience is a plus.Experience with TRACK Swipe system for punching in and out.Understanding of payroll processes including double time and overrides.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
