Union Counter Sales Representative
Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Representative. **Pay: starts at $21.75 or higher depending on experience** **Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm** **Responsibilities:** + Operate cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures + Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) + Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up + Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised + Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas + Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills + Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations + Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs + May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities **Qualifications:** + 0-5 years experience preferred + Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing products is preferred + Prior warehousing experience is strongly preferred + Must be at least 18 years old. + Valid state issued license is required. + Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise + General math skills to allow for cash accounting + An ability to learn is a must have! + Excellent decision making and communication skills We are dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families.
