Manages the distribution and care of employee uniformsEnsures uniforms are clean and well-maintainedOversees inventory management of uniform stock, including ordering and replenishmentCoordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of uniform ordersImplements and maintains a uniform tracking systemConducts regular quality checks on uniforms and resolves any issuesTrains staff on proper uniform care and maintenance proceduresDevelops and enforces uniform policies and guidelinesManages uniform budget and cost-control measuresAddresses employee concerns and inquiries regarding uniformsCollaborates with department heads to ensure uniform compliance across the organizationStays updated on industry trends and recommends improvements to uniform programs

 

 

Qualifications

 

Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent field with minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in hospitalityDemonstrated proficiency in computer systems and analytical skills for inventory management and reportingProven track record in laundry operations and textile care managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and managementThorough understanding of uniform policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
