The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.  

 

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 

Pay Rate: $19 per hour plus benefits.

A Uniform Room Attendant is responsible for receiving and distributing clean, pressed uniforms for team members in the hotel. In addition, you will support laundry operations, and provide sewing and similar services to support the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

 

As a Uniform Room Attendant, you would be responsible for receiving and distributing clean, pressed uniforms for team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Receive, record, store and distribute clean, pressed team member uniformsWash and iron team member uniforms and guest clothing, as neededArrange dry cleaning and laundry processingProvide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similar services to guestsPress shower curtains and banquet table skirtingDeliver guest requests of towels and other miscellaneous items, as neededPerform Room Attendant duties, as neededMaintain linen room and uniform storeComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Seamstress /tailor experienceHospitality experience
