This position is responsible for working with management to gather the facts and appropriately responding to claims and other inquiries received.
In this position you will:
Review claims and work with management to build your response and follow through until the claim is resolved
Gather the facts, prepare for, and participate in hearings as needed, attention to detail is a must
Respond to wage audits and other inquiries from government agencies
Collaborate with other areas of Human Resources on project work
Take detailed notes and record results so that overall program performance may be accurately assessed
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Skills and Strengths Desired:
Knowledge of unemployment insurance and hearings.
Strong written and verbal communications
Solid knowledge of Excel and other MS office products.
