This role will be based in our West Hartford, CT office and require in office 5 days a week till becoming a Full Time employee where it will be 4 days in the office, 1 work from home.

ResponsibilitiesAs an Underwriting Assistant, you will process underwriting support tasks for a line of business for the lifecycle of an account. The account lifecycle may include (but is not limited to: issuance of new business quotes, binders, policies, and mid-term endorsements, renewal solicitations, renewal raters, quotes, binder, policies, and mid-term endorsements, audits, cancellations and non- renewals (both Insured and Company request). Depending on your level of experience, you may have some limited underwriting authority.
