Train all new Underwriters on Loan Origination Systems and DHIM policies and proceduresConduct test case reviews for all new Underwriters and grade them as pass or failPerforms monthly file audits as per department audit proceduresPerform training and review test cases for new Direct Endorsement Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP) Underwriter candidatesProvide guideline support and assistance to all UnderwritersPrepare and perform training presentations as neededEvaluate overall Underwriter performanceAble to work overtimeAble to travel overnightUpdate and maintain current training materialsIdentify trends in material errors
