As a Foreman for our Civil District you will contribute to our team by: + Must have experience in facility piping for wastewater treatment work. + Experience in ductile iron pipe installation. + Must have experience in larger deep excavations. + Must have experience in developing a MOPO for lune stops and bypasses. + Having experience in building Water and Wastewater plants + Demonstrated ability to perform all responsibilities of a foremen + Effectively lead, train and mentor all hourly personnel + Jobsite safety leader- + Is critical to the front-line implementation of our safety program – assists in breaking down barriers (including language) to the passing of our safety culture to front line crews. What you will bring to the role: + 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman and leading crews + Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve skills while teaching others + Must be able to clearly communicate before a group with confidence. + Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures + First Aid, CPR and OSHA 30 training, preferred. Safe use of Hand & Power tools. + Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure. + Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
