**Purpose of team and role** : The Tax Team in Kinsale is responsible for Tax compliance and reporting across all Lilly entities in Ireland. This role will work with other members of the Tax Team to prepare and complete reports and returns.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Data gathering and analysis for tax reporting, tax compliance, tax accounting, tax forecasting and tax return preparation.
+ Assist with VAT, Intrastat and EC Sales List reporting with exposure to tax rules across European jurisdictions.
+ Support the Tax Team with routine process reviews.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency within the Tax Team.
**Requirements** :
+ Currently enrolled in third level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate/masters programme.
+ Interest in pursuing a professional Tax or Accounting qualification post third level.
+ Strong technical/analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel).
+ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
