We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Eli Lilly Limerick** Lilly is currently constructing a Next Generation Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland. This facility will be Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing site and will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and increased productivity and process performance. **Placement Information** As a company, we are dedicated to providing students with challenging, interesting and relevant work experience. The Maintenance & Reliability Dept. are responsible for providing maintenance support across the site that covers all buildings internal and external. From a mechanical standpoint the student will be exposed to a variety of roles and functions while working as part of a cross functional team. Examples of responsibilities will include – + Integrating meter readings to the CMMS, to develop preventive maintenance tasks. + Familiarisation with Aveva Pi to produce real-time decision-making abilities through analytics. + Assist with CMMS data analytics to improve equipment reliability. + Assist with the development of the statutory inspection requirements onsite. + Assist with small projects to improve the capabilities on site.
