Job Description

Join our Marketing team at Bosch for a transformative experience where you’ll apply your academic journey to real-world business impact. As an intern, you’ll work across digital campaigns (website and CRM maintenance) and broader projects that support brand growth and customer engagement. This is a full-time, 12-month opportunity based at our Clayton headquarters.

What You’ll Do

Support campaign execution across digital channels to boost product awareness and salesUse data tools (Excel, visualization software) to track conversion rates and customer behaviourAssist in managing product listings on company-owned online storesSupport rollout of marketing projects and complete a job rotation across departmentsHelp create project documentation, track milestones, process invoices and support cross-functional collaborationParticipate in team meetings, share ideas and collaborate with other student interns

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with ideally 2 years completedProficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with data tools is a plusExperience/exposure to website maintenance tools, Photoshop, video editing softwareStrong attention to detailProblem-solving, growth mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsExperience working in a team environment; digital marketing environments, retail or hospitality exposure highly regardedComfortable working independently and contributing to a team
