The Human Resources department are responsible for providing support to the business in the areas of pay and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, communications, and employee relations. During the placement the student will be exposed to a variety of roles and functions while working as part of a cross functional team. Working alongside the HR team will enable the student to employ their existing knowledge and to expand it further. **Requirements** : Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
