The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) of Robert Bosch provides one of the most complete product portfolios globally.  Our range includes Wipers, Batteries, Spark Plugs, Starter Motors and Alternators as well as Braking, Fuel Injection, Ignition and Diesel products. The Automotive Aftermarket division also encompasses the Bosch Service Centre network, which offers a complete range of diagnostic and repair services along with a wide range of spare parts.

Job Description

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Customer Service Student to join Mobility Aftermarket on a full-time basis for 12 months commencing January 2026.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Mobility Aftermarket team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: 

Driving customer service excellence in AO (Australia & Oceania) through the implementation and refinement of regional standardised process for the Mobility Aftermarket businessDriving continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of KPI’s, and development of effective measures to improve Customer Service LevelBuilding sufficient knowledge of Customer Service Order to Cash (O2C) process to provide operational support to the MA-AO teamProviding support for the MA-AO team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, Management and Shared Service colleaguesCoordinating value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes

Qualifications

To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:

Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards a Computer Science / Data Analytics / Business Analytics Undergraduate degree or similarProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills with attention to detailEffective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationshipsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively individuallyHave a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning

Preferred but not essential:

Experience with Power BI tools or big data analytics/ SQL / Python to support decision-making and operational efficiencyFamiliarity with SAP
