**Responsibilities** + Operation and control of production processes, including decontamination activities, equipment setup, ongoing auditing/verification of correct process setup, and troubleshooting of: + Batching + Mixing + Extrusion + Firing + Screening and Packaging + WCM activities, including but not limited to: + Calibrations + CILs (Clean, Inspect, Lube) + AM (Autonomous Maintenance) activities + 5S (waste elimination) activities + Operation of Environmental controls: + Waste water treatment + Filter press operation + U1 scrubber operation + U2 scrubber operation + Quality: + Perform required product measurements, including but not limited to: + Ongoing visual inspection + Size measurement + Surface area measurement + LOD + Data entry in specified quality database and/or HMI + Documentation & Communication: + Completion of all required forms, accurately and at the frequency required + Ongoing updates to supervision of equipment and process conditions + Communication of all non-standard conditions to supervision + Promote team environment and set up fellow employees for success through completion of daily tasks, pre-staging activities and communication between shifts **EHS Responsibilities** + The employee will be required to follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures as defined by Saint-Gobain.
