Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation: $33.00/hourLocation: Spring, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months +Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours + (in-office)
Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO  Responsibilities Support the procurement organization with a focus on creating requisitions in ERP systems, creating Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets, troubleshooting of requisition, GR/SES, and payables related issues on behalf of Business LineCreate Requisition in ERP systems on behalf of Business Line upon request (with proper supporting documents)Advise Business Line on information required for an effective requisitionCreate Goods Receipts (GR) and Service Entry Sheets (SES) and accept SES in ERP systems on behalf of Business Line (with proper supporting documents)Maintain all documentation for audit purposesComply with Procurement control requirements and any other Company controls requirements such as Company’s System of Management Controls (SMC), Delegation of Authority guide (DOAG), CIMS guideline, local regulations, etcEngage with Suppliers, Payables and Business Line to troubleshoot Requisitions/GR/SES when issues arise Qualifications BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (preferred)Applicable and proven work experience as it translates to an equivalent degree to be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree3-5 years of Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) experienceStrong knowledge and understanding of full PtP processKnowledge of utilization of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)Good communication and interpersonal skillsMeticulous attention to detailsSensitive to process and control requirementsCustomer Service orientedStrong understanding of Payables operations and related skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsHigh School diploma or GED required
