Allied Universal® is hiring a Global Security Specialist. The Global Security Specialist provides crisis management assistance to a high-profile client. The Global Security Specialist will coordinate with other team members in alerts globally to sites and employees when needed. This role will also help develop AI tools that assist with crisis management.

Full Time: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. shift

Hourly pay rate $24.48

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build, lead, manage, and motivate teams in a dynamic, rapidly evolving and cross-functional environment that is centered around the use of people, process and technology to ensure life-safety, security and resiliency at customer corporate and administrative sitesProvide support to the business in detecting, analyzing and escalating issues which may be impactful to life safety or facility securityEnsure compliance with client expectations and policies, monitor assets and make rapid notifications via mass communication tools to stakeholdersSupervise the implementation of new technologies and business processes to improve efficiency; lead the team by providing both strategic direction and hands-on guidance to team membersProvide enterprise detection and coordinated response to physical security, safety and business continuity events, and operational efficiencyDevelop AI driven models and automation tools to enhance security intelligence, crisis responseMonitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) as per client service agreementDevelop and maintain security-services performance metrics and related reports

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

High school diploma or equivalentWork history utilizing security platforms, preferably in a centralized communication center environmentPrior work experience managing complex people, process and technical projectsExperience gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that support positive changeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvementSound communications skills, whether writing, speaking or presentingCapacity to master incident management, critical event management, mass communications platformsUnderstanding of physical security identity and access management platforms and video management systemsAdept at managing crises; provide front-line leadership in coordinating responses to a myriad crisis situationsAbility to lead a cross-functional team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Prior military or law enforcement experienceCollege degree program in engineering, computer science, or mathematics
