Responsibilities: + Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site + Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols + Identify and respond to suspicious behavior + Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary + Document incidents clearly and professionally + Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed + Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly + Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols + Must have the ability to be tech savvy + Ability to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environments + Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods Requirements: + Military service OR retail loss prevention experience required + High school diploma or GED + Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one + Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years. + Oral Drug Testing and Background screening required.
