Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activities as required by site procedures.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support a secure environment for all occupants.What We’re Looking For:
