We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Ultra High Net Worth Proposition Lead, Asia.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Proposition Lead for Asia will be responsible for helping drive propositional developments and ensuring regional implementation throughout Asia. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Global Private Banking (GPB) Proposition and Commercial Execution teams, the Head of UHNW Asia and UHNW Desk Heads, WPS product functions and COO. The role covers UHNW client coverage design (in partnership with the markets), product proposition (in partnership with WPS), client engagement initiatives (in partnership with Marketing), as well as learning development projects, digital usage and client experience. This role is responsible for the definition, design and execution of client-led Brokerage trading within the Global Capital Markets business.

In this role you will

Lead implementation of the UHNW proposition in Asia, working with key stakeholders to ensure an attractive and commercial offering for UHNW and Family Office clientsWork with local teams to support the implementation of new propositions, assessing competitiveness and considering cost-income trade-offs Take ownership of the implementation of UHNW client experience improvements for Asia, including actions identified by the client insights NPS framework, and working with COO / relevant stakeholders Ensure proposition alignment with other areas of Commercial Execution for Asia including regional Marketing colleagues to ensure strong articulation of our proposition to UHNW clientsPartner with regional WPS teams, including the UHNW Solutions Group (USG), to ensure best-in-class UHNW products and service, with optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive offeringThe role covers UHNW client coverage design to support performance and growth across the UHNW Asia segment, working with the UHNW teams
