Job Description

Responsibilities: 
• Lead the team to achieve the business objectives by developing strong relationships with key customers, distribution partners and other stakeholders.  
• Manage resources effectively to maximize profitability within each account while maintaining excellent customer relations.  
• Develop strategies and plans for growth in targeted accounts through regular interaction with distributors, field staff and customers.  
• Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, finance and legal to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet all requirements.  
• Work closely with Product Line Directors to develop new products, product enhancements and new applications.  
• Monitor competitive activity and develop appropriate counter-strategies where necessary.  
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for future growth.  
• Recruit, train and retain qualified personnel.  
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.  

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent preferred.  
• At least 10 years relevant experience in medical device industry with at least 5 years supervisory experience.  
• Demonstrated success in people leadership and management skills.  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.  
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.  
• Proven track record of achieving results against budget and schedule.  
• Fluent English language skills both written and verbal required.  
• Experience working with multinational corporations preferred.
