UKIA Senior Operations Manager Job Description: Drive the engine behind high-performing sales development. As the Senior Operations Manager for Sales Development across the UK and Ireland, you'll own the operational blueprint that drives growth, efficiency, and innovation throughout the SDR organisation. Your mission? To make our SDR teams faster, smarter, and more effective through intelligent processes, advanced tooling, and AI-powered optimisation. Key Responsibilities: Optimise SDR Processes for Scale: Continuously evaluate and enhance end-to-end SDR workflows across inbound and outbound motions to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with global best practices. Identify and retire outdated processes and introduce innovations that improve speed and effectiveness. Drive Productivity and Tool Efficiency: Assess and refine the use of the SDR tech stack (e.g., What you’ll be leading Optimising for Scale Evaluate and enhance SDR workflows across inbound and outbound motions. Build consistent, scalable, and repeatable processes that align with global standards. Eliminate inefficiencies and introduce innovations that accelerate speed to lead. Driving Productivity through Tools and Tech Audit, assess, and evolve the SDR tech stack. From CRM to engagement and routing tools, you’ll ensure the team is equipped with the best-fit solutions to maximise output. Lead implementations and collaborate with global teams to roll out enhancements. Embedding AI and Automation Champion AI-led innovation across SDR workflows. Identify, test, and scale tools that power personalisation, prioritisation, and automation. Lead pilots and embed new technologies that free up time and improve outcomes. Insights that Drive Action Partner with Marketing Ops, BI, and Sales Ops to analyse funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline performance. Turn data into insights. Turn insights into execution. Deliver clear reporting that drives decision-making across regions. Own Regional Operations Be the go-to operational lead for SDRs in UKIA. Troubleshoot challenges in real time, provide support on tooling and process issues, and drive best-practice adoption across the region. Solve Systemic Challenges Spot recurring issues, apply structured problem-solving, and deliver long-term solutions. Create documented frameworks that drive consistency and reduce manual effort over time. Partner Across the Business Collaborate with senior Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure operational alignment with strategic priorities. Provide regular updates, influence direction, and execute on shared goals. Enable Change Work hand-in-hand with the Enablement team to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and training programmes. Support SDR leads and team members in embedding these changes into their daily rhythm. What makes you the one You’re operationally obsessed – and you get a buzz from turning chaos into clarity. You’re analytical, innovative, and laser-focused on scale and performance. But above all, you’re a collaborator who brings people with you, from SDR to VP. What you bring 5+ years of experience in sales, business, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Proven success delivering operational change in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting Strong grasp of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) Experience designing scalable frameworks and leading process improvement workshops Confident using Salesforce, sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft), and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) Skilled in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement Experience with international sales teams and operational complexity across regions Curious, resilient, and always looking for ways to improve the system Why this role matters This isn’t just a job in operations.
