**Where is the work (Work location & Mode of work)**
This position has been designated as **On-Site** , based in **Bangalore** .
**What will you do**
• Play a **Functional Advisor** role supporting project delivery and Kronos module upkeep and configuration
• Assist in **testing** , understanding solutions, and supporting system handover, working closely with Run & Maintain support teams
• Work with business stakeholders to collect/document requirements and configure solutions in Kronos, in collaboration with Project Managers
• Consult on **system configuration** , industry-specific characteristics, processes, and procedures
• Recommend **industry best practices** and guide execution toward optimal design and business-aligned solutions
• Manage Kronos Dimensions activities related to **Mergers and Acquisitions**
• Align project execution with defined milestones
• Organize and lead **discovery meetings** with internal stakeholders and system integrators
• Partner with SI to ensure **quality and timely delivery**
• Manage relationships with SI partners, business users, and vendors, acting as a leader within the project team
• Work with SI partners, functional leaders, and process experts to clarify project scope and drive stakeholder alignment
• Develop and maintain **project work plans** including traceable requirements, controls, governance structures, and progress monitoring
• Apply strong **risk and issue management** , escalating concerns when required
• Implement **change management activities** in collaboration with the Change Management SI partner and Business Lead
• Oversee conceptualization, requirements gathering, product definition, reviews, and release phases of new features and enhancements
• Ensure effective delivery of **roadmap releases** , meeting KPIs and product objectives
• Provide techno-functional expertise, including managing **CRT tables** , Integrations, and WFD technical components
• Configure Kronos Workforce Dimensions modules: Clocks, Business Rules, Attendance, Accruals, Pay Policies, Work Rules, and Integrations
• Utilize experience in **SQL Reporting** , **WIM Integration** , and **Dell Boomi** (preferred)
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and infrastructure elements
• Work effectively within an **Agile environment**
**What you will bring (Key Competencies)**
• Strong knowledge of Access Profiles, Display Profiles, Accrual/Leave Policies, and Pay Rule configuration
• Experience with **GTOR (Global Time Off Request)** setup and notifications
• Workforce **Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling** expertise
• **Workforce Devices/Clock Management**
• Attendance configuration experience
• Business structure (organizational hierarchy) configuration
• Ability to create/manage **HyperFind queries** and Data Views
• Deep understanding of system settings
**Technical Expertise**
• Hands-on knowledge of **Dell Boomi Integrations** , reference tables, error/bug resolution
• Experience with **Custom Reports** and system setup
• Understanding of Kronos Server & SFTP configuration
• Knowledge of payroll processes
