We are EATON! **What you’ll do:** This role is to perform NPI / NTI program management in Life Safety division of ES EMEA group. You will be expected to lead programs on embedded products and work with technical experts, product strategy, sales, SCM, quality, marketing and manufacturing plants in order to manage the product development, launch and sustenance. You must have demonstrated experience in project schedule, budget management, stakeholder management, cross functional team communication, milestone planning and execution with status updates to leadership from time to time. + Plan, manage and control communication plan for the project life cycle. + Build a strong pipeline of talent by developing and nurturing the tea + Establish and maintain program scope, manage requirements, and address business scenarios to control scope challenges. + Facilitate discussions and decision-making with stakeholders to clarify scope. + Ensure adherence to phase gate methodology across the program team and collaborate cross-functionally to meet expectations. + Apply risk reserve methodology, proactively mitigate risks, and pursue opportunities. + Manage all program phases: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. + Keep project charter, contracts, resource maps, communication and project plans current and accessible. + Document scope with in/out requirements and secure customer approval; follow the scope management plan. + Collaborate on schedule definition using tools like wall maps, MSP, and resource leveling/smoothing. + Plan and manage the business case, understand and implement cost estimates and cost baseline techniques. + Control communication throughout the project lifecycle. + Develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline within the team. **Qualifications:** + B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Embedded Systems + 7+ years of experience required for B.E. holders; 4+ years for M.Tech holders + Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (SAPM or PMP) highly recommended **Skills:** • Program Management experience on embedded products • Developing to fully demonstrating in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools • Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer • High proficiency in preparing and managing schedule using Microsoft Project software. • Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently. • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mind set. • Strategic planning ability and strong organizational skills. **What we offer:** + Competitive compensation and benefits package + Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team + Great company benefits + We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible + We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University + We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies + We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
